Website data
The name, email, subject and message you submit are processed to answer your enquiry. Do not send sensitive information, passwords or private conversations. The hosting provider may maintain access and security logs.
Purpose and retention
Information is processed for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. Contact-form content is not stored in the website database; it is forwarded to the support mailbox. Mailbox retention and deletion follow the support process.
Website and app
Your communication data is never stored on servers. After every conversation ends, the data belonging to that conversation is deleted. These statements concern communication within the Hiveeen app. The website contact form is a separate support channel. Automatic deletion cannot remove copies created outside the app or images captured with another device.
Your requests
You can request information, correction or deletion by email. For account-deletion requests, use the address associated with your account; never send your password.
